• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products or gift cards.
• Performance of any cosmetic treatments or procedures is at the sole discretion of our medical staff.
• If you are not an appropriate candidate for a procedure you have purchased, the purchase amount may be applied towards another treatment or products that are available on our store, or may be refunded.
• Cosmetic treatments or procedures may require a consultation prior to receiving any treatments. If you purchase a procedure online which requires a consultation and have not had one, we will contact you to schedule one.
